Shipping/Market Pickup

Shipping is available within the United States via USPS and is based on weight. The costs below reflect current market prices for shipping plus material costs.

When upcoming markets are listed on our website, you will have the option to choose pickup at those markets. Please confirm the date and location of the market before selecting this option. If you need to change your market pickup, please email us at admin@thecrittercrafters.com. Include your order number and the name on the order in your email.

Returns

We accept returns on all Plushies and Home Decor items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted on Accessories. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Exchanges

You may exchange any Plushie or Home Decor item for store credit or an item of equal value. Exchanges are not available on Accessories. Return shipping for the item to be exchanged is your responsibility.
